Platform Intelligence · India
Your SKUs sit on six shelves at once: Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon.in and Flipkart. PriceIntel AI reads every listing in every pincode you sell in, flags each MOP violation with proof, and tells you who cut price first.

The quick-commerce problem
Each platform sets its own price, in each city, from its own dark store. A price that respects your floor in Mumbai can be ₹40 under it in Delhi the same morning.
By the time a distributor forwards a screenshot, it has been that way for days. Nobody knows which platform moved first, and the screenshot is not evidence anyone accepts.
The problem isn’t one low price. It’s not knowing where, since when, and who started it.

How it works
01
Add your products with their link on each platform, the pincodes that matter and the MOP floor for each SKU. One product at a time, or a whole catalogue from a spreadsheet.
02
On your schedule, every listing is read again the way a shopper in that pincode sees it: selling price, printed MRP, discount, stock and whether the pincode is served. Each read is kept as history, with a saved copy of the page.
03
A breach of your floor, a price move, an item out of stock, a page that vanished. On the dashboard, in one digest email per read, and as a webhook to your own systems if you want it.
Price matrix
Red cells are below your floor, with the gap. Green cells are the cheapest platform for that SKU. “to ₹705” means prices differ across pincodes and this is the lowest.

Screens from a demo account with a fictional brand. These are real product screens, not mock-ups.

Admins click the MOP value in the table, type a new one and press Enter. Viewers see it but cannot change it.
Each row shows when its newest price was read. Anything older than one and a half times your schedule gap is marked stale.
MOP violations
A violation starts the first time we read a price below your floor and ends the first time it comes back to or above it. One violation can last hours or days, and this page keeps the clock.
Filter by product, platform or pincode. Sort by newest, deepest or longest running. Export the period’s violations as a spreadsheet, with the proof page for each one.

Alerts and the digest
After each read that found something, one digest arrives: new MOP violations, then price changes largest first, then removed pages and stock changes, with a spreadsheet of every alert attached so nothing is capped.
| Alert | When it happens | Optional? |
|---|---|---|
| MOP violation | A listing dropped below your floor | Always on |
| MOP resolved | That listing came back to or above the floor | Always on |
| Price change | A move of at least the minimum you set, for example 2% | Yes |
| Stock change | A listing went out of stock or came back | Yes |
| URL removed | A tracked page disappeared from the platform | Yes |
Who cut price first
Price moves on the same SKU within a few days form a wave. The first move is the leader; the rest are followers, each with its lag. The digest and the dashboard name them.
The platform that moved first. If the same cut appears on two platforms in one read, they are marked tied.
Platforms that matched the move later, with the lag in hours. Useful when the conversation is about who is driving the price down.
A raise that only gives back part of a recent cut is labelled a rebound, so a partial recovery is not mistaken for a new price increase.
Platforms
Quick-commerce platforms are read per pincode. Amazon.in and Flipkart show one nationwide price. You choose which platforms and pincodes to track per SKU.
